housing/regeneration
Sarah has specialised in housing since her year out, on the front line, at the Hulme Estate, Manchester 1987. Her roots are in social housing and led to commissions on stock transfers from the nineties onwards which later developed into larger regeneration commissions. in 1996 Sarah completed a second degree in urban design further expanding her expertise in the realm of regeneration and masterplanning. In the last few years Sarah has broadened her expertise to include private housing for large scale builders as well as more individual developers including several exciting roof garden projects which will be a key marketing tool. She continues to work on social housing schemes including two extended care communities.
